executive directors & decision-makers

Led by Dr. Amy King

You can't pay them more. You can still keep them.

You can't pay them more. You can still keep them.

A director asked us: "How do we retain staff when we're not providing pay increases?" This briefing is that question answered, with the numbers on screen: what frontline turnover is actually costing your organization, why burnout outranks pay in why they leave, and the one variable you can move without touching payroll.

You're watching good people leave, and the two levers everyone tells you to pull, pay and caseload, are the two you can't. This hour is about the third lever.

01

The real reason they leave.

Federal data shows burnout and job stress outrank pay as a top reason frontline staff exit, and burnout has a specific, fixable driver: being asked to handle behaviors and big feelings nobody equipped them for.

Asked and answered

How long is it, really?

40 minutes including Q&A. It starts and ends on time; we know your calendar.

Will there be a recording?

Yes. Every registrant gets the replay within 24 hours, whether or not you attend live. Register even if the time doesn't work.

Is this a sales presentation?

It's a working briefing with real data you can use regardless. The final minutes include one invitation for organizations that want to act on it, and we'll be plain about it when we get there.

Can I bring my leadership team?

Please do. Forward your confirmation, or have each person register so they get the replay and the self-assessment directly.

What happens after I register?

A confirmation with a calendar link, one reminder the day before, and one the morning of. That's it.

I'm not an executive director. Should I still come?

If you influence training, budget, or retention decisions, yes. If you're frontline staff, forward this to your director; it will make sense to them.
